Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Hereford corned beef, approx. 110g each
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • Salad
  • 1 burger buns
  • A few pieces of red onion
  • A few slices of gherkin
  • Bearnaise sauce or ketchup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cut the corned beef into slices. Lightly fry them on each side in a frying pan.
  2. Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.
  3. On the bottom half of the buns, place a slice of tomato, a slice of cheddar cheese, a slice of corned beef, another slice of cheddar cheese, and finish with a few slices of gherkins and pieces of red onion. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  4. Serve with chips and ketchup for guaranteed success!
