Ingredients
- 1 can of Hereford Corned Beef 200g
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tomato
- 1 quarter of a cucumber
- ½ red onion
- Gherkins
- Mayonnaise
Preparation
- Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.
- Cut them in half to form triangles.
- Spread a little mayonnaise on the bread.
- Wash and slice the tomato and quarter of cucumber.
- Peel and finely chop the red onion.
- Cut the corned beef into thin slices.
- Cut the gherkins lengthwise.
