Ingredients

  • 1 can of Hereford Corned Beef 200g
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 quarter of a cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • Gherkins
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.
  2. Cut them in half to form triangles.
  3. Spread a little mayonnaise on the bread.
  4. Wash and slice the tomato and quarter of cucumber.
  5. Peel and finely chop the red onion.
  6. Cut the corned beef into thin slices.
  7. Cut the gherkins lengthwise.
  8. Then assemble your club sandwich, alternating slices of the different ingredients.
