Ingredients

  • 1 can of minced beef in tomato sauce 400g
  • mashed potatoes (serves 2 people)
  • 250ml milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 20g butter
  • 40g grated cheese (optional)
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk, water, butter, salt and a little nutmeg, if desired, to the boil.
  2. Remove from the heat, then stir in the potato flakes.
  3. Blend until you obtain a smooth mashed potatoes.
  4. Heat the meat in sauce in a frying pan or in the microwave.
  5. Spread the hot meat in a small gratin dish.
  6. Cover with mashed potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese (optional).
  8. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at 180°C.
