Ingredients

  • 1 can of Hereford Corned Beef 340g
  • 1kg potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 eggs
  • pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the sliced onions, taking care not to burn them.
  2. Add the browned potatoes and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cut the corned beef into small cubes and add it to the mixture.
  4. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Season with a few turns of the pepper mill and two pinches of salt.
  6. Prepare 4 fried eggs.
  7. Serve the dish on a plate, topped with a fried egg.
  8. Let's eat!
