Ingredients

  • 1 can of Hereford Corned Beef 200g
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 20 cl or 200 g of tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A few basil leaves
  • pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (Th7/8), taking care to remove the baking rack.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic, taking care not to burn them.
  3. Cut the corned beef into small cubes and add it to the mixture.
  4. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add two-thirds of the tomato sauce, the basil leaves and the ground pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. On the baking tray, roll out the pizza dough, keeping the baking paper underneath.
  8. Spread the remaining sauce using a spatula or tablespoon.
  9. Top the pizza with the corned beef mixture.
  10. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
